The league is drawing closer to the end, and fantasy managers are at crunch time to save their season. They need to make the most out of their free transfers and target any players that might boost these last gameweeks.
Gameweek 27 will start on Friday with two EPL matches between Cardiff at home against Watford and Westham against Fulham. Saturday will see eight teams lock horns before super Sunday when Manchester United battled it out with Liverpool as Arsenal host Southampton on the same day.
Players from four teams, namely Manchester City, Chelsea, Everton, and Brighton will have a blank gameweek 27 due to their commitment to the carabao cup finals. For those who have not yet used their free hits, this is one chance to do so to replace players who will not play for only one gameweek.
Westham’s Felipe Anderson
The Brazilian has had an incredible debut season for Westham. He has afforded the hammers eight goals with three assists, and his goal threat is ever rising.
Westham is up against relegation candidates Fulham on Friday night. Fulham has already let in 58 goals this season, so Anderson might have one of the easiest games to score some points this season. At 7.2 million pounds, he seems like a great option.
Manchester United’s Paul Pogba
Although Manchester United is set to face a resilient and in form Liverpool, the French maestro has been back to his very best since Ole Gunnar took charge in Old Trafford.
He has managed to score 11 goals and provide eight assists in his advanced position. He will cost managers only 8.8 million pounds.
The speedy forward is back from a short illness and will be looking to keep the golden boot race open when arsenal faces a sinking Southampton side. He is worth 1.1 million, but his 15 goals and eight assists this season prove to be worth the risk.
Newcastle’s Fabian Shar
The terries defender has been a rock at the back but also a goal threat, especially on set pieces. He only costs a mere 4.6 million. Newcastle will host Huddersfield, and they will be confident of keeping a clean sheet.
Other players include Tottenham’s Jan Vertonghen, Heung Min Son and Cristian Eriksen.
